Whew! What a year.
2015 was a year of dramatic opposites. For me, it was amazing... horrifying... peaceful... scary... affirming... wondrous... and inspiring.
Like you, I'm human and have normal experiences, challenges, and feelings in my daily life. Thankfully, I've gained tools to help me move through negative feelings quickly. Below, I'll teach you one of my go to tools to break free from painful lingering feelings.
Likely, you're wanting your 2016 to be better... wonderful... amazing... your best year ever!
To help you move ahead, toward what you desire, let's take a moment to look back and tie up any loose ends that could trip you up later.
Review your 2015
As you look back at your year, recall your lowest points. Have you finished your grieving over your disappointments? Did you lose a job? Did you move? Did a loved one transition? Did you experience a break-up? Did you have a setback? Did you have a backslide in your health?
Take a moment to feel your feelings fully
You survived. You're strong. And stronger still for what you've been through. Now, let's release any lingering pain, angst, frustration fear or grief from this past year. Letting go will give you a clean slate to move ahead. Remembering your losses and feeling them fully will help you erase the pain of lower vibrating emotions. (See middle image above.)
Acknowledge your high points of the year
What do you wish to celebrate this past year? Did you meet someone new and amazing? Did you start a new job? Did you complete a goal? Graduate? Get a promotion or a raise? Give birth? Buy a new house, car or couch? Did you try something new and exciting? Travel to a new place? Lose weight? Make healthy dietary changes?
Honor your accomplishments and triumphs. You did this! Give gratitude to YOU. Praising yourself, feeling thankful will raise your vibration.
Why raise your vibration?
Raising your soul and emotional vibration will help you hum along at an attractive frequency to bring to you, the wonderful things you want in 2016. If you want to be slimmer, in better health, improve or start a new relationship, experience more abundance or move into your dream home, you need to be in a great place to allow the universe to give you what you want.
According to "Power Vs Force" by David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D., human emotions are noted on a scale from 0 to 1,000. The higher your emotions vibrate, the easier it will be to attract, manifest or create the reality you desire. A frequency of at least 500 or the equivalent of LOVE, is needed to make the juicy goodness begin to happen in your life.
Where are you vibrating right now? What do you need to let go of from last year so you can move on? What can you thank yourself for? What praise will you give yourself to raise your vibration?
The surprisingly easy part that everyone thinks is hard...
For most people, the part they think will be hard is feeling their feelings in order to release them. Avoidance can feel like a survival necessity. The fascinating thing is, that feeling your feelings fully, often releases the yucky ones quickly. Most of the time, in a few minutes. Occasionally, it will take a day and more rarely months to fully release a heavy, negative emotion. Presence, patience, and persistence bring peace, gratitude, and magic.
Where are you on the Scale of Consciousness?
As I work with clients one-on-one, I use a tool called, "muscle testing" (aka kinesiology) to access the subconscious mind of my clients through a reflex of the nervous system. While gently working with this reflex, I ask questions and get answers... fast. I can access my client's emotional frequency accurately and quickly to discover where a client is vibrating. If a client's emotions are humming below 500, more releasing needs to happen. I help my clients to, "let go," "feel lighter," and "so much better," so they can create the real magic in their lives with a variety of tools and mostly helping them to be present to their subconscious feelings.
In the near future, I plan to teach you how to muscle test yourself. Wouldn't it be cool to be able to check in with your subconscious and measure where you're at on the Scale of Consciousness of 0-1000?
